During my recent stay in Zhytomyr City, I encountered a hotel experience that ultimately fell short of expectations. The hotel attempted to blend traditional elements with modern amenities, but the results were less than satisfactory. While the free WiFi was a convenient feature, the overall ambience felt dated, reminiscent of a bygone era, which might not cater to today's traveler's comfort. Upon arrival, I faced issues with my reservation; The staff's lack of responsiveness did not help in alleviating the situation. Even after requesting a room refund the next day, the process was delayed, leaving me frustrated and questioning the professionalism of the personnel.
